Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins
• Counsel learners, assess needs, and recommend suitable courses
• Confidently present course value, handle objections, and close enrolments
• Book assessments, counselling sessions, and demos; follow up promptly
• Meet daily activity and monthly enrolment, collection targets
• Reactivate older enquiries, recover missed appointments, and generate referrals
• Follow up on pending payments and close registrations within approved policies
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline with clear next actions and follow-up dates
• Manage reception, incoming communications, and student enquiries professionally
• Coordinate class schedules, teacher availability, demo bookings, and student onboarding
• Maintain registration records, attendance information, and payment documentation
• Support teachers and management with timely updates and student concerns
• Resolve routine issues promptly and escalate matters requiring management attention
• Handle student information and centre records confidentially
• Submit concise daily updates covering enquiries, registrations, and collections

Requirements

• Proactive and commercially minded with confident selling skills
• Excellent organisational skills and target-driven approach
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
• Previous sales or admin experience in an educational setting is beneficial
