Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs, including sales volume, UPT, and ATV
- Maintain a results-driven, team-oriented attitude
- Provide outstanding client service in-store, over the phone, and via electronic communication
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and engage clients through storytelling
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues
- Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping
- Assist in inventory management and protect boutique assets
- Help locate merchandise for clients and process charge-send sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Mid-career level experience
- Gulf nationality (UAE, Bahrain, etc.)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
