Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Coordinate with clients on product inquiries, quotations, and sales orders
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and technical teams for timely IT product and service delivery
• Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding offers and business opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and reports
• Track sales orders, deliveries, and payment status
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and business proposals
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients to maintain good business relationships

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• Relevant experience in sales or a similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
