Key responsibilities

• Design and implement customized training programs to meet employee needs using tools like skill assessment surveys
• Coordinate workshops and training sessions, including selecting appropriate trainers and preparing training materials

• Provide career guidance and support to employees, helping them develop necessary skills to reach their goals
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) for easy access to training content and provide technical support to employees
• Collaborate with various departments to identify their training needs and develop tailored solutions
• Conduct market research to identify new trends in training and development and apply them to our company programs
• Prepare periodic reports to management on training progress and its impact on overall employee performance
• Contribute to strategic HR planning to ensure training programs align with company strategic objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Mid-career level
• Proven experience in HR training and development
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis and program design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Fluency in Arabic and English
