Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out)

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Perform detailed quantity measurements for interior fit-out works.
• Prepare interim payment applications and certificates.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and additional works.
• Review subcontractor quotations and commercial proposals.
• Prepare tender documents, cost comparisons, and commercial reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, technical, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
