Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage shift operations in ASU and Common Area
- Ensure daily operational targets are met for safe and reliable site operation
- Prepare and implement safety work permits and LOTO procedures
- Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance activities
- Support maintenance and engineering teams in corrective maintenance tasks
- Train and support staff as needed
- Manage pipeline operations for oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, steam, and CO2
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shift Operator or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of Air Separation Units and pipeline operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety procedures
- Ability to work rotating shifts
