Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Evaluate current systems, identify operational issues, and propose suitable solutions.
• Gather and analyze user and stakeholder requirements, documenting them accurately.
• Prepare system analysis documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with software development, database, and IT teams to ensure requirements are met efficiently.
• Analyze system problems, identify root causes, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Participate in system design, development, integration, and enhancement.
• Participate in system testing and ensure compliance with requirements, including user acceptance testing.
• Monitor system updates and ensure they align with approved requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and document system changes and improvements.
• Collaborate with users and technical teams to address technical challenges and enhance user experience.
• Ensure technical solutions comply with technical standards and approved procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or a related field.
