Key responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing activities for HVAC services and projects
• Source and develop local and international suppliers
• Procure HVAC spare parts, consumables, tools, and MEP materials
• Understand commercial air-conditioning spare parts and components
• Handle firefighting systems and swimming pool maintenance purchasing
• Negotiate pricing and coordinate with technical teams
• Support international purchasing, shipping, and import procedures
• Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
• Maintain good supplier relationships and alternative sources
• Ensure timely material availability for service and project requirements
• Maintain basic purchasing records and follow company procedures
• Coordinate with service team for site surveys

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance purchasing
• Strong knowledge of HVAC spare parts, firefighting systems, and swimming pool maintenance
• Good understanding of commercial air-conditioning spare parts and components
• Experience in sourcing and developing suppliers
• Proficient in negotiating pricing and coordinating with technical teams
• Familiarity with international purchasing, shipping, and import procedures
• Ability to maintain good supplier relationships and alternative sources
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
