Key responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates
- Conduct quantity take-offs from electrical drawings
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Estimate costs for various electrical systems
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions
- Analyze material and labour costs
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate estimates
- Prepare tender clarifications and commercial comparisons
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical estimation and MEP contracting
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and costs
- Familiarity with tender documents, BOQs, and cost analysis
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
