Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) activities within the Technical Sector.
- Ensure Engineering & Maintenance personnel report all identified hazards and occurrences.
- Monitor and follow up on the outputs of the Aircraft Condition Monitoring System (ACMS).
- Update the RJ risk register to reflect safety risks in Engineering & Maintenance.
- Review and analyze reports to identify safety issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Submit Mandatory Occurrence Reports to the Civil Aviation Authority and relevant states.
- Follow up on safety recommendations from the Safety Action Group (SAG) and Safety Review Board (SRB).
- Participate in safety awareness and communication within Engineering & Maintenance.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including OEMs and contracted Maintenance Organizations, to address safety issues.
- Analyze incident reports to identify trends and recommend safety improvements for contracted service providers.
Preferred Candidate:
- Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
- Major: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
