Role:
The Product Availability Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability and effective inventory management across several categories, including Finished Goods, Fleet Spare Parts, ME Spare Parts, ME Assets, and miscellaneous items related to HR, Engineering, and stationery.

Accountabilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies for product availability optimization.
  2. Monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  3. Analyzing sales data and market trends for accurate demand forecasting.
  4. Coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams for timely replenishment and distribution of finished goods.
  5. Identifying potential risks and creating contingency plans.
  6. Generating reports to support decision-making processes.
  7. Conducting regular reviews and audits of forecast performance.
  8. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with promotions and market trends.
  9. Continuously improving forecasting methodologies.
  10. Maintaining optimal operational days of supply at package and flavor levels.
  11. Managing marketing equipment, fleet, and miscellaneous store inventory for efficiency and productivity.
  12. Ensuring inventory accuracy through a tracking module for effective stocktaking.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and demand forecasting, preferably in the FMCG sector, particularly beverages.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
  • Flexible with a process improvement mindset.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years.
