Summary:
Group-IB, a cybersecurity leader founded in 2003 and headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a University Program Specialist to foster partnerships with universities and academies across APAC, META, LATAM, and Europe. The role involves developing collaborative educational programs, coordinating academic events, and liaising with various internal teams to enhance Group-IB’s outreach and expertise in cybersecurity education.
Data and Details:
The University Program Specialist will be responsible for:
- Building and scaling partnerships with universities and government academies.
- Coordinating cross-functional projects, including legal agreements, scheduling, training delivery, and content management.
- Managing stakeholder communications as the main point of contact for academic staff.
- Supporting educational events such as university open days, Capture the Flag competitions, guest lectures, and hackathons.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align programs with Group-IB’s technologies and training standards.
- Ensuring progress across global academic initiatives.
Success in this role requires:
- 3+ years of experience in program management, partner development, or project management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language (Arabic, Spanish) is advantageous.
- Experience with international institutions is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
