Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage systematic review services
• Provide expert assistance in conducting systematic reviews
• Guide on methodologies, standards, and evidence synthesis tools
• Monitor developments in EBM and related fields
• Improve library services with innovative tools and best practices
• Conduct comprehensive literature searches
• Support research teams in literature review projects
• Deliver instruction on EBM, systematic reviews, and related topics
• Create and maintain learning resources and website content
• Collaborate with teams to develop online learning modules
• Work with faculty to define learning outcomes and expectations
• Contribute to specialized collections and research support resources
• Serve on the reference desk and answer general queries

Requirements

• MLS or equivalent degree
• Proven experience in systematic reviews and EBM
• Strong knowledge of biomedical databases and research methods
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Familiarity with systematic review software tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
