Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the Energy Services division.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR guidance and support on various operational and employee-related matters.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Manage talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-quality candidates in alignment with ENGIE’s commitment to inclusiveness and diversity.
- Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Work closely with various departments to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in during transitions.
