  • Job Title: Customer Performance Officer – Welding Technologist/Field Service in Automation for Pipe Welding
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Diagnose and resolve technical welding and equipment issues.
    • Analyze performance through the manufacturer’s web-based interface (ProDataLog).
    • Install, start up, and train clients on Rotoweld equipment.
    • Assist clients with Performance Qualification Records (PQRs) as needed.
    • Ensure the integrity of clients’ welding programs.
    • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on automated welding systems.
    • Train client operators and maintenance teams on equipment usage.
    • Document interventions and create service reports.
    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams for technical improvements.
    • Serve as the first point of contact in the region and coordinate with the internal service team.
    • Provide technical assistance to the sales team.

Skills Required:

  • Degree in Welding, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MIG welding processes.
  • Experience as a service technician or 3-5 years as a pipe welder with MIG, or as a welding supervisor.
  • Familiarity with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), PQR, and welding qualifications.
  • Basic knowledge of inspection techniques (RT, PAUT).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in using Windows and other software.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a field setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years
  • Residence Location: Saudi Arabia
