Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product setup and troubleshoot any technical issues.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and report product errors or malfunctions to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a client support or similar role.
- Proficiency in remote service tools and help desk software (e.g., ISL Online, SysAid, Freshservice).
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
