Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with product setup and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Inform customers about specialized product functionalities and features.
• Follow up with customers to ensure technical difficulties are resolved.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and report product errors or malfunctions to management.
• Maintain detailed records of client data, including feedback and comments.
• Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to management.
• Maintain client accounts and update billing information as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a client support or similar role.
• Proficiency in remote service tools and help desk software (e.g., ISL Online, SysAid, Freshservice).
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
