Key responsibilities
- Lead planning team, develop project master schedule and baseline
- Develop and update engineering, procurement, and construction schedules
- Perform critical path analysis, resource levelling, and what-if analysis
- Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules
- Measure progress, report delays, and propose recovery plans
- Review subcontractor and vendor schedules for alignment with master schedule
- Support Project Control Manager in client schedule reviews and claims analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling roles
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Familiarity with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
