Key responsibilities
- Lead I&C engineers and designers, deliver projects on time and to standards
- Communicate with clients and vendors, resolve complex issues

- Update managers on status, raise concerns, and communicate changes
- Challenge technical solutions, promote best approaches, and apply new tech
- Support yard installation and commissioning, assist on-site (as needed)
- Understand I&C requirements, design principles, and support procurement

- Proven experience in automation engineering
- Strong leadership and team management skills
