Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise operations staff including shift supervisors and operators
- Achieve daily operational targets and ensure safe and reliable site operation
- Interface with Maintenance and Engineering teams for troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain accurate document control and monitor quality assurance initiatives
- Provide Operations and Maintenance input for scheduled outages
- Manage plant production based on data-driven decisions to meet safety and reliability targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management within an industrial setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sound technical knowledge of industrial processes and equipment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations
