Key responsibilities
- Manage site team and facility including Air Separation Plant, Hydrogen production, CO2 unit, compression, steam turbine, ancillary utilities, and pipeline network
- Supervise operations and maintenance staff, ensuring daily operational targets are met
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams for safe and reliable operations
- Maintain accurate document control and monitor quality assurance initiatives
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities
- Ensure contractual requirements are achieved during scheduled outages
- Drive risk-based decision culture for effective safety control
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of Air Separation Plants, Hydrogen production, and related equipment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
