Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, open doors, and greet them with a smile
- Confirm reservations and manage waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables, assist with seating, and present menus
- Distribute guests evenly to ensure balanced service and smooth operations
- Answer phone calls for new reservations or inquiries
- Manage electronic reservations and apps (e.g., WhatsApp, OpenTable)
- Farewell guests politely and inquire about their experience
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Prepare menus, ensure cleanliness, and report special occasions to management
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Female candidate with Saudi nationality and a Diploma degree
