Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily performance of five branches
- Oversee staff, schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Monitor sales and targets to improve profitability
- Manage inventory, stocktake, and transfers between branches
- Handle maintenance, customer complaints, and reviews
- Coordinate with accountant, government bodies, and franchise provider
- Prepare periodic reports for the owner and track KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in branch operations or retail management, preferably in men's fabrics or tailoring
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and leading teams
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and sales systems
- Honesty, fairness, and ability to take responsibility and focus on results
- Valid driver's license and car for branch travel
- Saudi or Yemeni nationality preferred
