Key responsibilities
- Concept design: massing, planning options, design narrative and presentation sheets
- Elevation development: proportions, openings, materials, finishes and shading
- Facade detailing: cladding, glazing and louvre systems, wall sections and junction details
- Construction drawings through to issue, with disciplined revision control
- Collaborate with facade consultants and suppliers
- Work on real projects with a clear path from first sketch to built result
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 3-5 years in an architectural office with built or issued projects
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills; SketchUp or Rhino; Photoshop and InDesign
- Knowledge of building codes, construction materials and methods
- Good hand-sketching and clear drawing discipline
