Key responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and goods
• Monitor stock movement and verify against records
• Organize warehouse, classify items, and determine storage locations
• Conduct periodic and annual stocktaking, address discrepancies
• Track receipt and dispatch authorizations, ensure document completion
• Lead team, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Prepare periodic reports on stock and item movement
• Monitor damaged and obsolete materials, report shortages
• Implement safety procedures to protect materials and equipment
• Coordinate with procurement and operations departments to ensure availability of supplies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
