Key responsibilities

• Allocate vehicles to bookings based on branch, vehicle group, and pick-up time
• Coordinate booking changes with the Rental team and update manifests
• Schedule and track vehicle deliveries and collections, assign drivers, and resolve delays
• Ensure vehicle readiness and maintain branch availability
• Manage incoming vehicles, check-ins, inspections, and updates
• Forecast vehicle requirements and address shortages or surpluses

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role or relevant logistics background
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of rental software systems and processes
