Key responsibilities

• Lead EPC project execution, ensuring compliance with Aramco, SEC, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk to meet contractual milestones and financial objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and establish project controls, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with Saudi Aramco, SEC, and support business development.
• Lead project reviews, prepare executive reports, and drive project closeout processes.
• Develop and lead NCC Energy PMO, introducing standardized processes, governance, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in managing EPC projects, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Aramco, SEC, and other relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
