Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Ensure safe execution of various operations like excavation, lifting, welding, hydro-testing, and heavy equipment use
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) system and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS)
- Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports
- Provide HSE training and induction to site personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with KOC HSE procedures, ISO 45001, and local regulations
- Promote a zero-incident culture and support emergency response preparedness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Mid-career level experience
