Key responsibilities

- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance
- Support basic network troubleshooting
- Maintain operational documentation and SLA compliance
- Participate in shift-based operations and on-call support
Requirements
- Proven experience in NOC or similar role
- Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Shift work and on-call experience
