Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant floor operations
- Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Manage staff schedules and allocate duties effectively
- Handle guest complaints professionally and implement service recovery
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Analyze sales performance and implement revenue strategies
- Monitor labor costs, operating expenses, and controllable costs
- Support promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with management and kitchen teams for smooth service operations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Manage inventory and ordering of front-of-house operational supplies
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and improvement opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date company and government documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards
- Familiarity with inventory management and sales analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems
