Requirements
- 5+ years of shore-based STS operational experience
- 3+ years of team leadership and operational management experience
- Proven knowledge of OCIMF STS Transfer Guide requirements
- Background in tanker and marine logistics operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent operations
- Willingness to travel as required
