Key responsibilities
- Provide L2 support & troubleshoot petro/industrial apps
- Manage incidents & service requests within SLAs
- Troubleshoot app, client, server, connectivity & performance issues
- Perform app installation, upgrades, patches & deployments
- Support app access, AD groups, service accounts & licenses
- Support apps delivered through Citrix & VDI
- Perform app health checks post-maintenance & changes
- Support Change Management activities
- Assist SMEs & users during UAT & app releases
- Coordinate complex issues with teams & vendors
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with several key apps (AVEVA PI, GE Digital APM, etc.)
- Experience with all platforms preferred
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
