Key responsibilities

• Receive customers and perform cash and electronic sales and collections.
• Issue invoices and receipts, ensuring their accuracy.
• Verify received amounts and return change to customers accurately.
• Maintain cash balance and avoid personal use.
• Match cash balance with sales and receipts at the end of the shift.
• Prepare and submit cash balance and daily reports according to established procedures.
• Operate point-of-sale devices and process different payment methods.
• Monitor return and cancellation processes according to authorized procedures.
• Report any cash shortages, excess, or errors immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and customer data.
• Comply with company policies, security, and customer service procedures.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic and basic English.
• Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
