Key responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and simple hairdos for children aged 12 and below
- Interact with children in a friendly, patient, and professional manner
- Consult with parents to understand their children's hairstyle preferences
- Create age-appropriate, neat, and stylish hairstyles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures when working with children
- Handle children’s appointments efficiently for a positive customer experience
- Monitor hair care products, styling tools, and other supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to children and their parents
- Work collaboratively with team members for efficient daily operations
Requirements
- Proven hairstyling skills and experience with children
- Enjoy working with children and making them feel comfortable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
