Key responsibilities

• 10+ years of project management experience, including leading municipal projects and GIS systems.
• Supervise teams, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with government bodies and contractors, and manage technical meetings.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering project supervision, including municipal and building projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure contractor work meets quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports and quantity take-offs.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and technical regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, systems, and programming, with knowledge of government and municipal electronic systems.
• 5+ years of experience in surveying, using modern equipment like Total Station and GPS/GNSS.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for preparing survey drawings and reports.
• 5+ years of experience in data entry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organize and archive documents, prepare tables and statistics, and update project data.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering projects.
• Experience in municipal project management.
• Ability to lead teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Familiarity with GIS systems and technical report preparation.
• Ability to manage project timelines, monitor quality, and track progress.
• Ability to coordinate with government bodies and contractors, and manage technical meetings.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering project supervision, including municipal and building projects.
• Experience in reviewing drawings, specifications, and ensuring contractor work meets quality standards.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and technical regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, systems, and programming, with knowledge of government and municipal electronic systems.
