Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and technical challenges
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and technical workshops
- Support sales team with solution design, proposals, and technical docs
- Advise customers on BIM, CAD, and digital construction workflows
- Design and present end-to-end solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Perform software implementation, configuration, and deployment activities
- Deliver user training and ongoing technical support
- Conduct proof of concepts and pilot projects to demonstrate solution value
- Provide technical consultancy around BIM implementation, standards, and lifecycle management
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure project success
- Maintain expertise across industry developments, BIM methodologies, and AEC technology solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years in presales, consulting, or technical delivery within AEC tech sector
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
- Strong experience with BIM, CAD, and Digital Construction solutions
- Hands-on knowledge of Autodesk products
- Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, design workflows, and digital engineering practices
- Experience delivering product demos, customer workshops, and technical presentations
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience supporting software implementations
