Sales Manager – Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Riyadh

We're seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Manager for commercial kitchen equipment, focusing on the food & beverage sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Direct sales to hospitality & food sectors (core focus): Promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, stainless steel fabrication, and dishwashing systems directly to restaurant owners, F&B managers, café owners, and catering companies.
• Manage opportunities and field visits: Explore sales opportunities through field visits to restaurant and café sites under construction, and effectively engage with chefs, operations managers, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide field consultations and quotes (BOQs): Read kitchen blueprints, understand technical requirements (including 60Hz electrical specifications in Saudi Arabia), and prepare professional quotes and quantity schedules for direct customers.
• Coordinate with businesses and MEP contractors (additional advantage): Communicate and collaborate with contractors, large projects, and engineering & consulting firms in case the project requires institutional tenders or contracts.
• Negotiate and close deals: Lead commercial negotiations and sign contracts with business owners to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment sales or hospitality supplies within Saudi Arabia (preferably in Riyadh), with a proven track record of direct interaction with restaurant and hotel operators.
• Technical knowledge: Good understanding of industrial kitchen equipment specifications, blueprint reading, and familiarity with installation and electrical/mechanical connection requirements.
• Mandatory requirements:
• Residency: Valid, transferable residency in the Kingdom (currently residing in Saudi Arabia for immediate hiring).
• Driving license: Valid Saudi driving license.
• Languages: Fluent English (speaking and writing) is a must. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage, and knowledge of Urdu/Hindi helps in field interactions with work teams.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with a technical or engineering background).
