Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers
• Prepare and deliver project proposals, quotations, and technical submittals
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure product installation meets specifications
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and material delivery
• Maintain updated records of ongoing projects, leads, and sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
• Participate in exhibitions, presentations, and client meetings to promote the company's portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
• 3-5 years of experience in project sales within the building materials industry (sanitaryware, lighting, or kitchen appliances)
• Mandatory Abu Dhabi project sales experience
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers in the UAE
• Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
