Key responsibilities
- Receive and inspect materials and equipment, matching them with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store and organize materials, using a coding system for easy access.
- Dispense materials based on approved requests and document all transactions.
- Record incoming and outgoing movements in the inventory system and update daily balances.
- Conduct regular and annual stocktaking, matching it with records and submitting variance reports.
- Monitor reorder levels and alert when stock is low.
- Follow safety and cleanliness procedures in the warehouse.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Proficient in Excel and inventory management systems or ERP.
- Will to work and reside in Tabarjel.
- Preferred: Forklift license.
