Key responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings and technical specifications
• Supervise on-site execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards
• Prepare and review shop drawings and material submittals
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts
• Conduct quantity take-offs and monitor procurement
• Oversee contractors and progress rates
• Prepare technical reports and review payment applications
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover processes

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, water supply, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
