Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new clients and projects
- Target B2B sector and engage with decision-makers
- Secure facility management, operations, maintenance, cleaning, and support services contracts
- Engage with businesses, residential and commercial complexes, institutions, and hospitality sectors
- Coordinate site visits and meetings with potential clients
- Assess client needs and collaborate internally to develop suitable solutions
- Prepare and follow up on technical and financial proposals and pricing
- Deliver professional services to clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Build long-term business relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities relevant to the company's activities
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and available opportunities
- Regularly update client and opportunity data and negotiation stages
- Prepare periodic reports on opportunities, meetings, proposals, and contracts
Requirements
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
