House Refresh seeks a Facility Management & Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and cleaning at our sites, ensuring work is done as per operational plans and quality/safety standards.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and cleaning at sites
- Assign tasks to teams and monitor progress on-site
- Manage preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance
- Handle and resolve equipment failure reports
- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work
- Monitor cleanliness and work quality on-site
- Conduct site inspections, document notes, and submit reports
- Monitor contractors, vendors, and service providers' performance
- Ensure material and equipment availability and request replenishments
- Enforce safety and health regulations on-site
- Prepare daily and periodic reports on site conditions, issues, and completed work
- Communicate with clients, receive feedback, and ensure resolution
- Monitor staff and technicians' performance, improve productivity and quality
- Contribute to operational and maintenance plan development and site efficiency improvement
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Mid-career level
- Proven experience in facility management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Familiarity with safety and health regulations
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
