Key responsibilities
- Daily accounting records and review
- Manage customer, vendor, and intercompany accounts
- Track invoices, sales, purchases, expenses, and collections
- Bank reconciliations and account matching
- Inventory tracking and related financial operations
- Prepare monthly and annual financial closures and reports
- VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory body requirements
- Prepare revenue, expense, cash flow, and accruals reports
- Use Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory for accounting operations
- Document organization and financial record archiving
- Financial reporting and notes to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Mid-career level experience
- Proficient in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Arabic and English
