Key responsibilities

• Independently operate chemical injection pumps
• Assist in operating N2 Vaporizer and mixing package
• Support triplex pump operator/Nitrogen Pump operator in rig-up and rig-down
• Engage with clients on proposals and execution plans

Requirements

• Capable of operating chemical injection units
• Understand basic nitrogen equipment layout
• Identify suction/discharge flow path
• Know chemical compatibility and MSDS requirements
• Know limits of equipment (MAWP, hose ratings)
• Clear understanding of job planning and execution processes
• Effective client communication before, during, and after jobs
