Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
- Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate predictive maintenance activities
- Review and define technical scope of work orders and job plans
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance planning teams for prioritization
- Support shutdown and turnaround planning and execution
- Ensure maintenance activities adhere to safety and procedural standards
- Review equipment history for reliability and cost improvement opportunities
- Provide technical input for equipment modifications and upgrades
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
- Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Experience with shutdowns and turnarounds
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in using CMMS and other maintenance software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
