Key responsibilities

• Manage online sales via platforms like Keeta & HungerStation, optimize menus & pricing, and execute sales campaigns.
• Develop local marketing activities & in-store promotions to attract customers and boost sales.
• Oversee daily store operations, staff, inventory, and service quality, ensuring operational standards and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data using Excel, prepare performance reports, and create improvement plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years in F&B, retail, or store operations; food delivery platform experience preferred.
• Strong Excel & data analysis skills, with good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Proven execution skills and results-driven mindset.
