Key responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain IT setups in construction site offices and trailers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Install and manage site security cameras and IP surveillance systems
- Manage site LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN tunnels
- Provide helpdesk support to cross-departmental teams
- Maintain hardware and software inventories, and ensure data backups
- Coordinate with external vendors for site internet installations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-3 years of IT support and infrastructure management experience
- Proven experience in construction site offices or related sectors
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) preferred
