Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate jobs to technicians
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely, quality repairs
- Perform final quality checks and support technicians in diagnostics
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time
- Ensure proper tool use, maintenance, and workplace safety
- Train and motivate workshop staff to improve performance
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an Automotive Workshop Supervisor or similar
- Strong knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs
- Experience with European, German, Japanese, and luxury vehicles is a plus
- Ability to supervise and lead technicians and workshop staff
- Good knowledge of workshop operations, productivity management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with workshop management systems and repair procedures
- UAE driving license is mandatory
