- Inform the Procurement & Logistics team that the products have reached the Warehouse.
- Coordinate the delivery of products to minimize overcrowding and maximize space utilization.
- Set up alerts for new product arrivals and product removals from the Warehouse to monitor shortages.
- Develop a process for product movement tracking to prevent misplacement in the warehouse.
