Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Supervise material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems.
• Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and approved specifications.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material replenishment.
• Implement material identification, labeling, and proper storage procedures.
• Coordinate with production and site teams for timely material issuance and dispatch.
• Monitor material wastage, damage, shortages, and surplus stock.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or store management experience in aluminum fabrication, steel fabrication, façade works, or construction.
• Experience in project-based material inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
