Key responsibilities
- Handle daily vehicle registrations, renewals, transfers, and de-registrations
- Process transactions on government platforms like Absher, Najiz, MVPI, etc.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, insurance binding, and customs documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with government entities and stakeholders
- Act as primary point of contact for registration-related matters
- Represent the company professionally during government interactions
- Monitor registration cycle times and identify workflow bottlenecks
- Propose corrective actions to reduce processing time and rework
Requirements
- Strong process discipline
- Bilingual communication (Arabic & English)
- Active working knowledge of KSA traffic and registration regulations
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
